Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of Emergency Services Commissioners of Wise County Emergency Services District #1 may be present at the following event:
Community Stakeholder Forum
June 22nd, 2026 at 6:00pm
545 S. Allen St. Boyd, TX 76023
The purpose of this event is to gather input from the community stakeholders as part of the Emergency Services District Master Planning process.
No formal action will be taken by the Board of Emergency Services Commissioners, and no deliberation of District business among a quorum of the Board is intended. Any discussion of District business by the Board will be limited as necessary to comply with the Texas Open Meetings Act.

The Insurance Services Office is recommending the Public Protection Classification be changed from a Class 6/6X to a Class 4/4X with an effective date of 09/01/2022. The recommendation is based on a review of our district performed on 01/06/2022 and does include application of the Texas Exemption to the Fire Suppression Rating Schedule.
